Promise

I want not only to lose myself, but motivate my husband to lose as
well, for health reasons. Weight has been an ongoing battle all my
life, but has gotten worse with the Arthritis. Hard to do stuff when it hurts, however, dying prematurely is a big motivator.
*NOTE*
The 48 pounds I have lost since Sept.3, David has lost 36 trying
to help/support me.
I feel so much better...............

My Goals:
I would like to be healthier, get my cholesterol down where it should be, and my

weight down to my goal

by my next birthday.....

NOTE*2/24/2013
I have had 2 blood tests
since I began the new
program in Sept.,both show Cholesterol is 160,
Blood sugar NORMAL.
YAY me. Progress finally.

My Program:
I am drinking 12 cups of water daily,
eating a minimum of 5 Veggies & 2 approved fruits a day,

I have changed to a
Gluten free diet. I also
changed my weight ticker
to begin on Sept.3rd,2012.

Exercising by walking & bicycling..

Married, 2 children.

emoticon Darlene! Think of healthy living as a career. Make goal setting a regular part of your life. Become a permanent participant in sustaining better lifestyle choices. Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results.
