Shame on me, I haven't been in for a while, but I'm glad to say that I have stuck with my new eating habits. I have lost several more pounds. yippee. I am so pleased and I feel so much better. I'm still going to the health club for different classes at least 4 times a week.
I have only been watching what I eat for a week, and have lost 7lbs. I know its not all fat lost, and mostly water, but I love seeing the scales go down instead of up. lol I know if I keep doing what I'm doing, that 7lbs will eventually be true weight loss.
