I am 54, lost 48lbs about 3 years ago and have kept most of it off. Those last 10-15lbs like to keep creeping back when I am not paying attention. I need to keep focused. I am a RN, formerly a travel RN, currently rooted in NorthEast Ohio, married, mother and grandmother. Life is precious and I want to do all I can to stay healthy.
