But what they don't tell you is that dreaming is only half the journey. You have to work hard to make your dreams come true. Happily ever after happens to those who work for it. I'm dreaming of a better body - a stronger one. I'm dreaming of endurance and strength and flexibility. I'm dreaming of a lifetime full of good health. And I'm working to get there.
Along the way, there will be hiccups. Hey, I'm only human. But despite the setbacks and challenges, I will get there. I've been there before, and I like the view. To help motivate me, I've made a list of rewards for my measurable successes.
Starting weight: 177.6 lbs
For every 1 pound lost, I will buy myself fresh flowers for my desk. I'll keep the empty vase on my desk to remind me every day.
For every 7 days I track my food, I will treat myself to a bubble bath, a glass of my favorite wine, and a good book.
For every week with 4 workouts, I will give myself a manicure. If the week includes yoga, I will do a complete spa afternoon/evening.
So, those are my dreams. What are yours? And what are you doing to make them reality?

Hello, my dear SWEET Kharah/Fiona Apple, l.o.n.g. LOST girlfriend!! I saw your *like* on my status and thought I'd pop in to see how you are. How are you?!! I know that question would need a book to cover just the basics of all the ground of where you've been and what you've been up to, but I do miss you terribly!!
