Unfortunatly my scale has been moving the wrong way lately. I have been gaining and losing the same lbs. over and over. Since you are running a lot you just need to concentrate on your fitness and the changes in your body(don't forget to take your measurements). When the scale isn't moving there are lots of other changes happening. I am kicking myself in the butt and getting back on track so I can finish summer strong. Good luck with all your training. We have been having so much rain and storms I am lucky to get out 2-3 times a week to run. emoticon
