~ Hi Deb, just stopped by to see how you are doing. I am doing a Body Beast challenge (90 dsys) and going into my 3rd week. I love the program.. Starting slow. My dog of 15 years died on Dec.21st and I gained all the weight back that I lost last year + one pound and I feel miserable... my blood pressure has increased, LDL is higher... so needless to say I have work to do. I walk daily mainly to save money but it is exercise, just not my favorite thing to do. I am gradually adding back in the boxing/kickboxing that I love, but like I said, not trying to burn myself out...

... so what's going on with you? ... are you training for another race? Did you ever get that heavy bag?

Well, I have to batch cook for the week and I want to look at a couple of nutritional lectures on Youtube and try to do a little art and relax before work tomorrow.
