Feel trim again
Dario, father, professional engineer and overweight. For past several years my weight has gone up and regardless of what I did wouldn't go down. I started a ketogenic diet that started to shift the weight, but didn't seem to be nutritionally balanced. After 4 weeks I found Sparkpeople and have started on a better regime. I'm back walking the dog every day - we both are the better for this and using the Sparkpeople workouts.

My Goals:
To have a healthy lifestyle that will minimise the reliance on medication as I age To achieve and maintain a weight of 83 kg To track what I eat and how much I exercise
My Program:
3 main meals and 3 small meals each day - try to eat no more than at 3 hour intervals. Eat at least 50g and no more than 150g of protein food each meal. Keep carbs to about 120g/day and fat at around 25-30g Brisk walk for at least 30 minutes each day.
