Hello! I have been back to SP since middle of Jan. and it is about time I update this site!
4 years ago I had a great success with Spark! I managed to get to my "ideal" weight with lots of exercise and good eating.

4 years ago I had a great success with Spark! I managed to get to my "ideal" weight with lots of exercise and good eating.

My biggest motivation at the time was a trip to visit my family in Bosnia & Herzegovina. The trip was very emotional, especially with me going back for the first time after my dad passed away. Everything seem different back home without him, and I also didn't connect well with some other people.
After a while I found myself completely unable to focus on things that mattered to me and I lost all motivation. I managed to gain the weight back and than I got pregnant with my third baby boy.

Watching his and his brother's smiley faces is what joy is to me. My boys deserve the best me!

So, now I have another trip back home this June and I'm ready again to give myself a shot. I've been working hard on my elliptical and recently I have added weight training.

Tomorrow I'm also starting 30 Day Shred dvd. So excited about it!




Here again. It worked the first time, I hope it will work this time as well! I feel really fat right now and it is time to do something about it!

My Goals:
My first goal is to weigh between 120-125 lbs.

My second goal is to eat healthy breakfast every day and to stay away from sweets. They are bad for me, need to stay away from them altogether. Sometime doesn't work for me!

My third goal is to keep exercising, and improving my body. It is an amazing body that God has given me! I want to see how far it can go!

My Program:
Update 4/10/2011
Do 30 Day Shred every day
Elliptical 45 min 6-7 days a week.


I'm trying to control my portions and to replace some of my choices with the healthier ones. I am also going to exercise on my eliptical trainer and with my balancing ball.



Personal Information:
I am almost 30 years old and mom to three boys, 7, 5 and 17 months old.

Dari..its so good to see you here again..I fell off the wagon big time and gained back all but 6 pounds of what I lost but am finally back on track....it is a bit easier the second time if that helps!

Yeah, lots of interesting mishaps & funny stories. Like the time in Morocco--pardon the graphic-ness--when a veiled lady on a bus grabbed my bum. Completely mind-altering. Anyway thanks for the welcome & KIT. Good luck with the portion sizes! Always tempting.
