Changing my life for the better.
After being a big weight lifter in high school and college, I stopped working out once I got a real job. Over the next nine year I gained alot of weight, ending up at 235lbs. In January 2011 I decided that this is enough and began losing the weight. After slight changes to my diet and daily exercise, I lost 30lbs. Now I joined spark to lose the next 30 by tracking exercise and calories better. Updated: lost the 30lbs and then some! Currently at 153lbs and training for a half ...

My Goals:
Run a half marathon this year in either June or October.
My Program:
Exercising 6 days a week Sunday = Long Run Monday = Strength Training with PT Tuesday = Off Day Wednesday = Easy Run Thursday = Strength Training Friday = Tempo/Interval Run Saturday = Light strength training. Daily calorie intake = 2500 Trying to hit at least 120g protein per day.

Other Information:
I'm an avid reader, currently reading through the entire Jack Reacher series. I'm a big metal head. And huge sports fans (go Yanks and Jets!)
