My Goals:
My goal is to restart my healthy lifestyle. I've done this for 3 years and then fell off the wagon in the past year. I've let my mind get the best of me but as of today I'm back in the game!!!

I truly want to feel super duper sexy, I want to walk around and never worry and/or care what others are thinking.

Goals:
*10 pounds*

*Gym at least 4 times per week*

*No fast food, especially you french fries*

*No poop tea, do it on your own*

*At least 7 hours of sleep per night*

*No eating after 8:00pm*

My Program:
My Program is SPARK...monitor my food intake as well as my fitness minutes....!

Creating your own "Program" will eventually backfire, it doesn't work...leave well enough alone!

Once I find my DVR empty I know there is a problem, I've been sitting toooo long!!!

I have found SPINNING and I LOVE IT!!!!!

Personal Information:
I have always been a procrastinator, I start things and never finish them. I have been on SPARK off and on for about 4-5 years. I wont complain because I have lost about 31 pounds and have been holding that steady. Now I find I'm not so much worried about the scale but about how I feel physically/mentally and that is great!!!

Other Information:
I am training for my 3rd Susan G. Komen 60 mile 3-day in Philadelphia. I'm so excited to once again take this journey for such a wonderful cause...this year I get to walk with my 2 daughters and I'm stoked!!!

Some women dream of worthy accomplishments while others stay awake and do them!!!

Well behaved women never made history!

I think you are exagerrating big time. I was dating different guys but I was not caliming every 6 months that i had found the one. Yes I agree when I post things that I open myself up for feedback but you seem kind of snarky. I would appreciate it if you no longer posted on my page or my feed. Thank you.

I appreciate your feedback but I don't think I NEED to be in a relationship. I wanted to be in a relationship with Greg because I thought I was in love with him.

I am 40 and have been single almost my entire life so I think it is normal that I wanted to be in a relationship before I got married, but if I felt like I NEEDED to be in a relationship I wouldn't have spent the last 2 decades of my life single.

Girl you are HOT! Stop with all that negative self talk. You rock it in the gym...I think there is a time and a place though. Maybe you aren't necessarily saying "I could have done better in the gym" but maybe reframe it to "I did great in the gym, but I bet I could be stronger, faster, if I push myself a little more next time".

Growing is a GOOD thing. Sometimes we have to give ourselves a little tough love so that we CAN improve and get fitter and healthier.

Hey there!
Honestly - I rarely use SP anymore. I log my info with My Fitness Pal. I count it as crosstraining as nothing else really fits.
