I've decided to weigh myself everytime I get the email from Spark to do a checkup - about every two weeks. Since I also strength train (Chalene Exteme), I also try to use my clothes to gauge where I am. I started putting some of the weight back on when I stopped tracking my food intake - so I know that's something I have to get back to. I know I can do this, and I will get to my goal weight.
