Happy:Exercising & Eating Right met my goal

Im just like every other mom who gained weight after their kids. After each kid it seemed harded to get the weight off. Im here to tell you there is no magic pill. The only thing that works is WORK ! You have to put yourself first and yes be selfish, if you dont you'll never loose it. DO it for you and only you.

Eating the right thing every 2 hours, Lowering my fat intake & exercising...
then i fasted(eating only once an day but all by calories......Now Im Off Meat just carbs fruit and Veggies

I did you all I'm 160 pounds happy and healthy....i now know I'm not lazy the weight was weighting me down mentally,phsyiclly,emotionally..... now i can FLY!!! emoticon

I've decided to weigh myself everytime I get the email from Spark to do a checkup - about every two weeks. Since I also strength train (Chalene Exteme), I also try to use my clothes to gauge where I am. I started putting some of the weight back on when I stopped tracking my food intake - so I know that's something I have to get back to. I know I can do this, and I will get to my goal weight.

(Sorry it took so long to respond, my computer is finicky - it's time to trade it in for a faster model).
