My Goals:
I started my weight-loss journey from 182 Kgs (400.4 lbs) of body weight. My goal is to reach between 73 to 82 Kgs. Achieving 6 pack abs and black belt in martial arts will be next.
My Program:
Well right now my focus is on losing weight. My routune is : -1 hour walk in morning -1 hour walk in evening -45 minutes weight training (3 times a week at this stage) [Sunday complete rest day] And for diet i am : -Eating someting after every 3 hours (eating clean) -Drinking 5 litres of water daily. -No carbs after 6 p.m.
Personal Information:
I am a final year student of electrical engineering. I started gaining weight in my early teens but now i am losing weight and gaining every thing else :-)
