Reaching the Happier

My name is Danuta. I joined SparkPeople because I need help and motivation to get back to the place I once was. I stepped on gym scale the other day and it shook me. 12 pounds heavier and 12 pounds unhappier. I try to keep it in perspective and I know its not enormous amount of extra pounds but as you all probably know its all about how we feel in our bodies. With you help I believe I will reach my goal and maintain it. I hope to find some runners here as well or motivate you to start running. ...

Running is my passion and wintertime is especially hard to stay active and maintain the same amount of fitness activities as in the summer.
