My Goals:
I weighed 256 pounds on December 30, 2008. My goal is to reach 184 pounds. My goal is to improve my eating habits. My goal is to look and feel good.
My Program:
I work out 60 minutes per day on a treadmill on the weight loss program setting. The incline varies from 0%-1.5% with speed varying from 1 mph (in warm-up) to 4.2mph. I strength train on alternate days with 8 pound dumbbells performing 9 exercises plus crunches.
