I have trained my mind and my body will follow. Weakness will not be in my heart. I will rip the heart from my enemy, and leave it bleeding on the ground. Because my opponent does not know my heart.

No one will deny me, no one will define me. And no one will tell me who and what I am and can be. Belief will change my world. No matter how bad things go, my heart and my mind will carry my body through limits and weakness.

My Program:
1) Make time to relax EVERYDAY.
2) Drink water while I am at work AND at home.
3) Eat to LIVE (and not live to eat).
4) Exercise often with cheesy music and pretend like I am a member of a band from the early 80s.
5) Have fun with my wife and kids very often.

Personal Information:
I am a 41 year-old, happily married father of two girls and a black lab (obviously I'm the lab's owner, not...)

I work as an in-house Business Intelligence developer and have a degree in Electrical Engineering.

I am recovering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder as a result of my service in the IDF during the early 90s.
