Way to go on losing FIVE pounds this week! That is AWESOME!

To clear up about the challenge points, there is a weekly challenge posted on the ALL TEAM team. There are three different challenges, and for each one your complete, you get one point.

In addition, the mini challenge spot is for tracking how many miles you walked/ran/biked/etc. Let me know if you have any other questions about that.
