Ready for a healthier life

Hello my name is Danny Ruiz. I just calculated my BMI for the first time and was blown away to see how out of shape I really am. I mean I've always been athletic and stocky, so I guess I grew to accept myself as a bit of a block. But wow that whole BMI thing really crept up on me.

I'm not looking for a diet because I do not believe that diets are sustainable. I'm looking to change the way I live and the way I look at food and excersize.

The problem is, I'm very busy and have a career that keeps me going 12 hours a day. Changing my routine while in the midst of full sprint at the office has been challenging so I hope this tool will be what I've needed to help me achieve my goal of healthier living.

I wouldn't really worry about BMI too much. You just need to focus on improving fitness and nutrition. I have a feeling that you will do well.
