My Goals:

My Program:
I have tried a variety of weight loss tools when I've felt I needed them. I followed a paleo/primal/low-carb way of eating for quite some time and lost the almost off my weight eating that way. I eat sugar-free and gluten-free (grain-free for the most part) and opt for whole foods as much as I can. These days I've swapped beans/legumes for meat, have decided to not consumed dairy products, opt for whole food sources of fat (nuts/seeds/avocado) rather than use refined oils, and still eat a ton of produce. Oh and I no longer add salt to my meals. I've found these refinements make it easy for me to maintain my weight and I feel amazing.
