My Journey In Becoming A Fit DONE Girl...

This DONE girl is ready to become fit. I am tired of making excuses and envying others that are out there enjoying life. The only person standing in my way is myself. I am working on changing this as I don't want to live in the black hole that I have put myself in. It's time for me to break the chains and to let my guard down. Losing weight has not worked for my mindset, so changing it to getting fit may just be what I need to move forward. Life is too short for me to sit on the sidelines. It's time to do things out of my comfort zone and get out there and enjoy myself. 2014 is going to be the year that everything changes for the best, I just know it is!
