On My Way....
My name is Mary I am 41 years young. I have 4 children. And one grandson. I'm happily married to my best friend Danny 14 years now and going strong!
My main goal is to lose weight.But I also want to be healthy! I don't want to suffer from heart disease or diabetes just because I'm overweight!
Cardio is the Bike,Elliptical,and Treadmill. I rotate between the three. I lost 40+ pounds using Walk Away The Pounds workout DVD's And for some stupid reason...I haven't done ...

I have become alot more dedicated to the strength training part of my workouts. I need ALOT of help with my upper body! And the Ab's need MAJOR help!!!!!!

I have a wonderful husband who's also my best friend,Danny. My children range in age from 21-5! My oldest daughter Courtney is a Mommy herself(5/7/08) So look's like I'm a Grandma!
My daughter Kelsey is 17 and a senior in High School! I have one son Daniel who's 11. He's in the 5th grade and love's to bowl! And my youngest daughter Ryleigh is 4 and enjoying her first year in pre school:)
