Hi! I have problems with eating at night, too... but aside from water, here's what I might do-
Eat something like a banana or an orange or something with not a lot of calories, but enough so that feels like you just ate something. Then, right after that, I brush my teeth. I find that I don't really like getting ready for bed, but if I brush my teeth, I'll go to bed sooner.
But I can never sleep on an empty stomach. ^_^
