I climb, dance, am addicted to the gym, used to row, do gymnastics, etc., but I'm still not happy. I used to be a lot thinner than I am, and I miss it. I miss being able to sit on guys' laps without feeling self-conscious or having friends pick me up easily. I miss fitting into my old clothes and being able to go shopping and have everything look good. In short, I miss being thin. Hopefully this will help me regain that by making my eating habits as healthy as my exercise habits.

Hi! I have problems with eating at night, too... but aside from water, here's what I might do-

Eat something like a banana or an orange or something with not a lot of calories, but enough so that feels like you just ate something. Then, right after that, I brush my teeth. I find that I don't really like getting ready for bed, but if I brush my teeth, I'll go to bed sooner.

But I can never sleep on an empty stomach. ^_^
