Welcome to SparkPeople. We are so glad to have you here with us. Just take it one day at a time, For me the food and fitness trackers are very good tools. Don't forget to drink at least 8 cups of water a day. You will find lots of wonderful recipes as well very good ideas from the teams. I am glad to meet you.
