I've currently lost 40lb changing my eating and EATING MORE! That's right! No calorie restriction here! Eat all of the good stuff and plenty of it.

I live in Connecticut and am looking to meetup with others in the area who would like to be workout buddies or who share similar interests and would love to talk :)

Hi Danika!
ChaLean Extreme is a very good workout system! They seem to have thought of everything.
I try to do just like you do - exercise everyday but only for 20 minutes. I find it easier to do among all the things I have to or want to do than a big chunk of time once every blue moon.
I see you'll soon go to Banana Island! I hope you'll bring back pictures!

Hi Danika - thanks for stopping by my page.
I haven't been exercising a lot for a few months now. My right hip was nagging me but now I'm a few pounds lighter, it seems easier.
However, up until January, I did strength training 5 to 6 days a week, only a little bit, maybe 15-20 minutes. I followed the first two months of the livefit programme and quite liked it. The third one, however, was much too intense for me so I didn't even try.
Before that, I did Chalean Extreme and loved it, especially the second phase.
I think Jamie Eason is really pretty - she's a very good role-model for ST women.
How about you? What exercise do you usually do?
How is being the co-leader of our team working out for you?
