I'm Dani, and I have been a Spark member for about 7 years. I took a hiatus for awhile, but Im in transition with some things in my life and am ready to get my sexy back!
To weigh between 120 and 130. Eat high protein , fiber and carb diet. Try to avoid sugar for the most part part because it triggers my binges. To have great endurance so I can keep up with my men and more importantly to have a positive self-image.
*Dirnk 8 glasses of water a day
*Get 8 hrs. of sleep at least 3 nights a week.
* Eat under 1550 calories.
*Allow myself 2 glasses of wine a week
* Eat under 60 grams of fat.
*Eat at least 100 g of protein
*Eat at least 25g of fiber
*Eat one fresh produce a day
*And the big one, wor
kout 5x a week
I try to get in 5 days of cardio. 4 of which are usually running 3 mi, or briskly walking 4 mi. On the weekends I like to go on long bike rides.
I do weights 3x a week.
Try to stick to a 1300 calorie diet, with no sugar or white bread.
I have a fat-protein efficient metabolism. I try to eat 50% protein, 25% fat, and 25% carbs to suit my metabolism.
I live i Dongducheron, Korea and love it, but I am a firm believer that there is no better country than the USA! I am a family readiness assisrant for 1-15 FA on Camp Hovey. Just getting used to the military way of things. I attend University of Maryland University College. love to read anything I can get my hands on, explore Korea, go hiking, watch movies, go tanning, and hanging out with my friends and family. I also love naps!!
I'm very type A, always looking to better myself. My long term goals in life are to achieve my MBA, look my finest, be the best mom possible, be happy in love, and start my own business

Hi! Just wanted to thank you for and reply to the comment you left me in the Book Club. For me, it is all about just being healthy all over, physically and mentally, and I've found that the two go hand in hand. I used to be very physically and emotionally healthy, then when I got pregnant with my 3rd everything changed. My number one driving force is my kids. They are what motivate me to become healthy so I can be the supermom they deserve. If I get my sexy body back, well that's just a plus for me and my hubby ;)

To answer your question, the 1500-1900 calorie range I mentioned on my page hasn't been updated in a while. That was my "new" maintenance range I was trying out when I was down to my goal weight. But over time I gained about 10 more lbs then I wanted to so that's not accurate any more. I havent been consistently sticking to my lower weight loss calorie range lately which is why I've only been maintaining my current weight for so long as opposed to losing again! I don't think I can go back to the days of 1200-1300 calories anymore (not every day at least) but I know I can lose weight slowly if I stick to 1400-1600 WITH plenty of exercise. I havent been working out nearly enough which is why my weight loss is at a standstill. I just have to get myself used to incorporating some of those old habits back into my routine to get the scale to start going down again!
