Hi my name is Danielle. I am a new mom of a wonderful 4 month old baby girl. I did a liquid diet about 4 years ago and lost about 90 pounds. Through the past couple years I have fallen off track and gained all of my weight back and then some. I really want to lose this weight once and for all so that I can get on the floor and play with my daughter and be around to play with my baby girl.

It has been a couple of weeks since you joined SparkPeople, and I wanted to come by and check on you. How are you doing? Do you have any questions? If you need me, please leave a comment on my SparkPage, send me a SparkMail, or post your question in the SparkTeam 'SP Class of April 25- May 1, 2010'. I get an email every time a new topic is created in there.

Just for follow up, remember these quick and easy tips:

1) Take it slow. Fast weight loss does not last. You are here because you want to lose weight and keep it off. Be patient with yourself and your results.

2) Use the community aspect of SparkPeople. You will find many friends and tons of motivation on your teams and the message boards.

3) Blog. It may be nothing more than "I ate too much today, but tomorrow will be better". If you post a blog daily, your friends will learn more about you, learn what motivation you need, and the important part is that YOU will end up MOTIVATING someone!

4) Get in small bursts of activity. I stop and do jumping jacks for 1 minute several times a day. It is not a lot, but it does not have to be a lot, especially in the beginning.
