    I have a tredmil here at homw and the usual Biggest Looser videos..lol..I start off strong for a month or 2 and then my motivation just fades. I gotta learn how to NOT sabatoge myself..Its not even about being skinny..its about being healthy and avoiding all those serious compications in the future.

    realy cheaper?..i did get a membership from there about 5 years back and honestly only went for a couple of times and just let the membership run out and go to waste. I realy have to commend you on your dedication. Hitting the gym after work like that..I realy wish that gym membership would still be valid for me. I should of taken advantage of it 5 years ago..Now $$ is tight..lol..

    wow...you truely are a night owl..hahaha..I stay up late till bout 1 am....but gotta stay home for the kids cuz the hubby is at work ( he works from 3pm-3am.) do you go to the 24 hour fitness center?...and I will look into the 5k walk at Victoria gardens..
