My name is Danielle. I have recently had some eye-opening experiences and am here to make the change from unhealthy and overweight to being fitter and healthier. I am not going to focus on the number on the scale (although, please move in the right direction) I am focusing on exercising more and eating healthier each day.

So, its time to say goodbye to the excuses. I am beginning to feel the effects of the excess weight on my body and I am done feeling this way!

I am re-ignititng my weight loss 5/31/2011! I have been floating between 265 and 267 for the last 6 weeks.

Eat less fast food and more fruits and veggies.

Cardio kickboxing class MWF 1hr a day - Also doing daily 30-45 min workouts in -between

DRINK MORE WATER!

I live with my husband and my babies (2 dogs - Snickers *chihuahua* and Roxie *pit bull*) and my kitty cat, Cole.

No kids... yet...

Hey Danielle! Just wanted to say hello. I'm back on the band-wagon again with losing weight, and I'm finally making progress! Finally got back onto SparkPeople again in hopes for some motivation. awww I love kickboxing too!! but for some reason zumba just doesn't feel like a work out so that's really good since Im working out at home I need something im excited about doing! That is what this is all about u gotta take care of Dani before u take care of everyone else. Cuz without Dani u can't take care of everyone else. Be selfish make working the most important thing to u. The house is always gonna be dirty, the laundry is always gonna need washing etc etc! it's never ending sweety!! Keep it up kick boxing is a good good workout!!! Keep in touch :D
