Moving Forward
This is my second go-round using Spark People, and I hope that this time I'll stick with it. I've been heavy all my life, and although I'm mostly a happy person, who can be truly happy when you feel so uncomfortable? In my first year of college I lost 53 pounds, getting down to a size 12. I was so happy, but school, work, life, and then grad school got in the way, and I've gained almost all of it back. My goals are to stop over-eating, be consistent with my workouts, ...
This is my second go-round using Spark People, and I hope that this time I'll stick with it. I've been heavy all my life, and although I'm mostly a happy person, who can be truly happy when you feel so uncomfortable? In my first year of college I lost 53 pounds, getting down to a size 12. I was so happy, but school, work, life, and then grad school got in the way, and I've gained almost all of it back. My goals are to stop over-eating, be consistent with my workouts, stop eating crappy food, and eventually go on a shopping spree buying all new clothes in a size 6. I've been a vegetarian (technically, pescatarian) for 2 years, and I hope to eventually become vegan (!), and just to be happy in my body. I'm open to becoming friends with just about anyone; let's encourage each other! :) Goals: Under 200-Manicure 185-New purse 170-Buy everything on my Barnes & Noble wishlist 160-New snowglobe 150 (ultimate goal)-Shopping spree

My Goals:
