After having a beautiful baby girl last May I find myself at a heavier weight than which I desire; I managed to lose all but 20lbs of my baby weight and have struggled to move on the scale since then. Although I am proud to have mastered the art of maintaining my weight, I would really like to get to my goal weight before continuing to do so. I know that with some self restraint, common sense and positive attitude I can achieve my goals!

To add recipes - at the start menu go under Healthy Lifestyle and choose sparkrecipes.com - when you get there choose recipe calculator and add you ingredients. You have to type them out manually at the bottom too (under ingredients) for people to be able to see them. When you calculate there is a button under the nutrition breakdown to add this item to your meal planner - when you do this check the box that adds it to your favorites and you will have it saved in your spark nutrition tracker favorites then. It will automatically post it to our team page once you choose to share it (after you've calculated you save and share it - it will often show you similar recipes, just choose my recipe is different share it now).
