Here I am, again. I'm determined to make some changes and make them work. I'm tired of this and I'm not getting any younger.
Time to cut the b.s.
I'm going to do the Weight Watcher's Points Plus system for the next 17 weeks.

My Goals:
-Regulate my diet, more consistently, with good foods and increasing the quantity of whole foods on a regular basis

- Cut down on caffeine intake

-cut down half my mt. dew intake at work
-drink a bottle of water before having a Mt. Dew and one more in the afternoon

-drink water as much as possible

My Program:
starting Weight Watcher's Points Plus

My long term educational goal is to make it to school for naturopathic medicine.

Bastyr University in Seattle, WA is my dream goal.

My family have turned dreams into reality.
My children are the beats of my heartdrum.

    I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the **Positive Sparkers** TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. Just jump right in. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
