Here I am, again. I'm determined to make some changes and make them work. I'm tired of this and I'm not getting any younger.

My Goals:
-Regulate my diet, more consistently, with good foods and increasing the quantity of whole foods on a regular basis

- Cut down on caffeine intake


THIS WEEK:
-cut down half my mt. dew intake at work
-drink a bottle of water before having a Mt. Dew and one more in the afternoon

-drink water as much as possible

    Looks like your doing great with the Weight Watchers....I did that a year ago and lost 15 pounds then stopped going to the meetings and tried to do it on my own and failed....gained the 15 back and now a year later I figured out that I need something to motivate me and I have joined SP. I also joined a raw food group on here and am loving eating the natural raw way and hope to start losing with each weeks weigh in...Tomorrow is my first weigh in since I joined on Jan.30th. My first week went terribly for me, explain later, ...I asked for help and joined this raw group and everything is clearing up and I am feeling better then I have ever before! Am on my way down now....pound by pound.....
