The White is Jesus' purity. The Red is sacrifice. The narrow stripes are friendship. And the nearness of his love. Eternal, Sweet Compassion A gift from God above. The Candy Cane reminds us all of how much God cared. And like His Christmas gift to use It's meant to be broken and shared.

I've been reading "The BECK Diet Solution" which isn't a "diet" book at all, but how to change your THINKING and learn to think like a THIN person. I recommend the book as Dr. Beck teaches how to stay motivated. Here are some reasons to tell yourself that you WANT to keep going:
1. Iíll look better. 2. Iíll be more attractive. 3. Iíll be able to wear a smaller size. 4. Iíll be able to wear nicer clothes. 5. Iíll like what I see in the mirror. 6. I wonít feel so self-conscious. 7. Iíll be healthier. 8. Iíll be able to exercise without discomfort. 9. Iíll live longer. 10. Iíll feel better. 11. Iíll have more energy. 12. Iíll be fitter. 13. I may actually have romance in my life! 14. Iíll like myself more. 15. Iíll feel like Iíve achieved something important. 16. Iíll be MORE CONFIDENT. 17. Iíll have more self-esteem. 18. Iíll be less self-critical. 19. Iíll be more outgoing. 20. Iíll do more things! 21. I wonít have to listen to anyone commenting on what Iím eating. 22. I wonít have anybody bugging me re: my weight. 23. It might help my career. 24. I might make friends in the vicinity. 25. I might get a new love life. 26. My back wonít hurt any more. 27. People wonít make snide comments behind my back.
