My Goals:
I'd love to get in shape. And really good shape. And I'm flexible... but would love to gain a bit more flexibility. Also, I want to increase my focus on nutrition. I would absolutely love to follow a balanced diet because I know it would not only be much healthier but would also help me maintain high energy levels and keep motivated!

My Program:
I'm exercising at least three times a week (with at least thirty minutes of cardio, plus some strength training and stretching, each session). And I'm trying to eat healthy and eat less (I tend to over-eat... and am doing my best to change that).

Other Information:
I love to laugh. And dance. And read. And learn. I really, really love to learn.

im really excited for this challenge im glad u joined! i posted an outline of what my ideas were for this challenge...but just keep in mind do what works best for you and stick with it that is the main goal of this challenge!

I just want to gain consistency through a 12 week of dedicated working out!

Count down 4 days until we start!!!!!!1
