Each day is Day One

Every day presents itself with opportunities for success. Some days are more challenging than others with appointments, errands, chores and unexpected "Whoa!" moments that eat up time.

The weeks and months fly by, but even the busiest day can crawl like a snail when you're trying to learn to live in a healthier way than you're used to. It doesn't matter what yesterday was like. Each day is Day One, with new challenges and successes waiting. Go for it!

My Goals:
To lose 105 pounds.



My Program:
Exercise includes Wii Fit, Walking, Yoga, Dancing, and strength training. Anything to get me stronger, lighter and not bored.

No food is "Bad". It's just food. I'm following my doctor's advice and sticking to half a plate of veggies and fruit, a quarter plate of protein and a quarter plate of carbs. It's working so far.

Vegetables are green and /or orange things that grow in gardens. You can actually buy them at the same stores where you buy apples, chicken and juices., They give you much needed fiber, minerals and vitamins. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I ended up estimating everything anyway. We didn't do too badly. Although Dad said we walked for 50 minutes. I think he may have lost track of time. He is doing pretty well tonight. Lots of talking. I hope you have a great week! emoticon
