Making Fitness A Lifestyle

Hey everyone. My name is Amanda, and I have made it a lifelong goal to always be fit.

I'll admit, it started aesthetically. I gained weight that I am trying to get off. Throughout this journey I've realized how good exercise makes me feel. I must've known it growing up, through my high school years. I suppose in college I just forgot.

My favorite activities are Turbo Kick, Turbo Fire, and Piyo. I really adore BeachBody products!

The thing I struggle with most is the eating correctly. I don't necessarily eat "bad" but I need to revamp in order for the lbs to shed faster.

abs challenge is...weird. i'm sick to death of the 6W6P video but oh well, trying to stick it out. If nothing else it is motivating me to work out more over all so that is good. I upped my calories significantly but I'm so used to being around 1300/in a routine that it is hard to get up to 1600-1700 without just mowing some junk to get up there. The extra calories are helping me get my protein up though....Everytime I take progress pics of my abs for the week it looks like a different tummy. When I'm standing all with nice posture and such it's fine - I'm pretty satisfied with it...what I'm looking for is for it to look like that after 2 cocktails by the pool vs. what I get now = 3rd trimester...not really sure if that is ever going to happen...but either way stickin it out through the 6 weeks - if nothing else it is a motivating challenge.

used the 'grab' ap. on my mac - not sure if windows has an equivalent. If you have a mac then I'm pretty sure it is a standard thing (use the magnifying glass to search 'grab') then you just choose selection from the menu and you just drag a box around what you want to clip..save as a jpeg.
