My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose weight, about 105 lbs, to be down to about 145-150 lbs; however, I also want to make a habit of eating more healthy foods and exercising on a regular basis.

With having so much to lose, it gets overwhelming and I want to look at small increments instead of the big picture. My first goal is to lose 5% of my body weight which is approximately 12.5 lbs.

My slightly larger goal, is to finally kiss the 200s goodbye. I want to see myself with a weight of under 200 lbs for the first time in almost 14 YEARS. No timeframe, just GONE. Onederland, here I come!

We are having a Dance Marathon!

The team that can dance to the most songs on Wednesday wins bragging rights this week along with a 2 pound advantage at this week's weigh-in!!

The only rules are that the songs need to be at least 1 1/2 minutes long and that you have to post the titles of all the songs you danced to on your team's thread before the end of the day on Wednesday. The Coaches will post their totals to the main thread and a winning team will be announced on Thursday.

So if you want to help your team earn that 2 pound advantage, put on your dance shoes and lets boogie a few pounds off!

Come on, Red Team! We can win this!!!!
