My Goals:
General Goals:
Not gain more than 2-3 pounds over my holiday in Disneyland.

Weight Goals:
June 1: 122 pounds
July 1: 120 pounds

Body Fat % Goals:
May 1: 20.6%
June 1: 20.4%
July 1: 20.2%


My Program:
I exercise at least 5 times per week. Workouts can be a combination of circuit strength training, New Rules of Lifting for Women, outdoor running to train for the 5K, and assorted fun cardio activities.

I am eating around 1200-1400 calories per day, with at least 8 servings of produce.



Personal Information:
I'm a software engineer with a somewhat sedentary job environment. I'm looking to lose the weight I packed on in university. I started my journey October 11, 2011.
