We need to live in the now!

Well it's been a long time coming as far as getting back to the old me. In my early 20's I was 130lbs fit as a fiddle , loved dressing up, makeup ,hair always done, real girly girl. Got married to a wonderful man when I was 23yrs old, first child born I was 25yrs old, second child was when I was 27yrs old . The most I've weighed was when i was ready to deliver my second child 268lbs . Both of my deliveries were c-sections then when I was trying to get some weight off I ended up having a ...
Well it's been a long time coming as far as getting back to the old me. In my early 20's I was 130lbs fit as a fiddle , loved dressing up, makeup ,hair always done, real girly girl. Got married to a wonderful man when I was 23yrs old, first child born I was 25yrs old, second child was when I was 27yrs old . The most I've weighed was when i was ready to deliver my second child 268lbs . Both of my deliveries were c-sections then when I was trying to get some weight off I ended up having a hernia ,lifting to much I guess , well got that operated on then 8months later did it to myself again then I got my second hernia repaired so had a few set backs. Today I am 245lbs and want my old body back . My goal is to be down to 130lbs by Dec.2010, I will then during my tranformation go back to school to be a fitness trainor, I would love to do a fitness pagent we'll see how my skin bounces back to determine that goal.I also love music and dancing so I need to do something to bring that love back into my life.

My Goals:
to get to my 130lbs , become a fitness trainor, getting more organized with meal plans

My Program:
work out 5x's a week, drink lots of water,no eating at night, getting 7-8 hours of sleep,portion control, one cheat day a week if needed,do alot of weight lifting my body really responds well to weights.

Personal Information:
A mother of 2 beautiful children a boy and girl,married to my wonderful husband of 8years known each other for 12 years, I live in P.E.I Canada love my little Island.

Other Information:
My interests would be anything to do with fashion, music, singing, dancing and fitness. I am a very loving and giving person. Since my thirties I find myself more spiritual and a much more positive person or should I say soul more than ever before , from reading books written by DR.WAYNE W. DYER love him! and I know ELLEN ( TV HOST) loves this author as well, which by the way I so want to go to her show someday,as well as a trip to NEW YORK CITY.
