Just stopping by to say hi and see how everything is going for you. The last two weeks have been good for me as far as nutrition and exercise. Didn't lose anything last week, but lost two this week. I was looking through teams to join and noticed our weight is kind of similar so then clicked on you page & saw your supposed to be doing a thesis paper (im part time in college too & read some more. I too want to run in a 5K some day & also have lost 40 lbs 2x before and my last excuse was because of college!
