I work two part-time jobs with changing schedules. The lack of regularity has meant meant eating more, exercising less, and gaining weight. I've recently started jogging really slowly and am hoping to get back on track with strength training and eating right. I'm originally from New York City but currently live in Austin, Texas.

My Goals:
1) Lose weight 2) Get stronger 3) Be able to go up more than 1 flight of stairs without needing to catch my breath 4) Get my cholesterol down to a healthy level If I weighed 154 I'd have a normal BMI. I figure I'll get to that and then figure out the next goal.
My Program:
1) Eat less 2) Move more 3) Lift weights
