I can never remember loving my body. Even as a young child I scorned the way I looked. Still today, I struggle every single day to find something I like about myself. For me working out and eating right isn't just about losing weight. Would I like that benefit? Heck yes. But it's something that I know - at the end of the day- will make me feel good. I may hate eating veggies or sweating through a tough workout, but when I crawl into bed at night, I can feel happy about the choices ...

For me working out and eating right isn't just about losing weight. Would I like that benefit? Heck yes. But it's something that I know - at the end of the day- will make me feel good. I may hate eating veggies or sweating through a tough workout, but when I crawl into bed at night, I can feel happy about the choices I made. My Program:
Exercise: Jog 1 mile at least 4 days/week. Complete 1 Tara Stiles Yoga video 3 days/week. Diet: Eat at least 1 fruit meal/day. Eat at least 1 clean meal/day.
