I am 23 years old, and have been struggling with my weight for about 5 years now. I used to dance and was always in excellent shape. After I turned 18 I realized how hard and expensive it can be to balance a job, school and maintaining a healthy active lifestyle. My goal is to lose 30lbs, but I have trouble staying motivated. I joined Sparkpeople to find that motivation and to help keep track of my new lifestyle changes. If you have any questions just ask.

Thanks so much for the blog comment! Our body shap is hard to lose weight bc you see the results much slower. I really hope to get down to 135 one day. Running seems to be the key for me! I used to be a gymnast and cheerleader, so the small build was never really my thing, I've always been muscular and really appreciate that about my body, but would still love to be much more toned! Good luck with your journey!
