I'm tired of being that woman eating an entire gallon of Ben & Jerry's while watching The Biggest Loser... trying to think of some ways I could fundraise enough money for me to be able to go to the ranch. Reality is that I will never have that kind of chunk change laying around for me to be able to do that and even if I do decide to make a video, chances are I wont make it on the show...so I've gotta do this...on my own...

and then it hit me..

no, I don't have to do it "on my own"

Sparkpeople exists for a reason.

I've been here before...and I lost weight with all of the helpful tools and support systems that sparkpeople has to offer...

then back in April...one of my very best life long friends passed away ...one day she was here, and the next day she wasnt...

I fell into a deep depression and have since gained and gained and gained and gained...as I turned to food to deal.

Once upon a time I had that mojo to get up and go to Zumba a few times a week... to take power walks and drink 192384719412 gallons of water every day...but it's gone and...so here I am...trying to find it once again.

My Goals:
Ultimately my #1 goal is to stay committed to myself and this journey. LBS lost wise, I am completely obsessed with dropping a good 60lbs (at least) because I am on a ONEderland mission.

At the end of each day, I want to feel proud of myself and the person that I have become (or am becoming).


My Program:
-Say bye bye to Pepsi, Dr.Pepper, Tim Hortons & Starbucks annnd say hello to eight 8 oz glasses of water a day! (at least)

-Avoid McDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King, and Any/everywhere I can get pizza like the plague

-Cook & eat at home!

-Try a new recipe, or two or three :D

-Get back to Zumba and get back on that treadmill that is sitting pretty in the living room...at least once a week!

-Cut back on the cocktails & cosmos, dance more, drink less

-Have more light snacks throughout the day, rather than a bunch of fat filled snacks late at night

-early to sleep, early to rise!
