My Goals:
I got a wake up call on January 26, 2009. I was taken to the hospital with chest pains and a swollen left hand. Luckily for me everything turned out negative but I started to take a look at my life and decided to change. I joined a weight loss program on February 24, 2009 and loss 20 lbs by April 28, 2009. But the program was getting too expensive so I decided to do it on my own. I was looking at Good Morning America on May 26th and I saw the doctor who loss over a 100 lbs and gave credit to Sparks People. As soon as I got to work I logged on and joined. I like the program because of its accountability and it keeps me on track.
My Program:
Drinking water was hard for me but I keep track of it and that motivates me to drink the water. I'm getting active daily in order to raise my metabolism.
Personal Information:
I was born in Trinidad and migrated to the US 20 years ago. I lived in Staten Island for the first 10 years and now I live in South Florida.
