My Goals:
I want to lose about 30lbs and be able to maintain my loss. My family has a history of diabetes on both sides- so I'm pretty sure of fate if I'm not careful.

Other Information:
I love to play with my kids, camp, hike, listen to live music, spend time with my husband, family and friends.

I stay on P3 for just 1 or two weeks. That way I don't have to load. I lose between 3 (usually 4) and 5 per week for the first couple of weeks, then it inevitably slows. This time, I am just going to break at that point for a week. I want to get to 125, which is about 15 away. I think it will be much smoother this way!
