My Goals:
Ultimately, I am training to change my life. I want to be able to keep up with my kids.
Short Term. . . Want to be able to walk into a room and people turn around and ask my wife, 'Is he with you?' I am a sucker for making my wife as happy as she makes me everyday.

My Program:
I am trying to watch what i eat. Spark is definitely helping track what I eat, and helping me set goals. Getting into the gym to do SOMETHING 3+ times a week.
