My Goals:
My weight goal is hard to define... I don't really like to judge myself on numbers. I want to get my body fat down, but I would like to gain more muscle. I'll know when I get closer the exact numbers.

My Program:
I do hot yoga 6 days a week and try to get to the gym 3 days a week to do some cardio and weight lifting. I have cut out dairy and am eating a low carb high protein diet chock full of veggies and fruit.
