This is all pretty new to me, so bear with me. I'm trying to do what I need to make myself healthier (as well as slimmer!). Eating right, exercising... a little at a time, right? :)

I started at 152.2lbs on August 23rd, and my current status is on my progress meter. My goal is 125lbs, to lose inches, and to fit into alot of my clothes that are too small for me now.
I am trying to make smarter choices in eatting. I do not follow the meal plan much, but making my own choices based on my goal numbers.
As far as working out goes, sometimes my husband and I take our dogs for long walks, but that's about it.
I grew up in, and am currently living in Houston, TX, although I have lived in Las Vegas, NV, Monterery, CA, Ft Meade, MD, and briefly in AZ and West TX.
I'm married to the love of my life, Shane, and we have no kids (yet).
