My Goals:
Eating anywhere from 800 to 1200 calories these days. Excercising 6-7x a week, cardio for now.
My workout regime:
1) gym
2)jazzercise

jazzercise class tues,wed, thurs from 7:30pm to 8:30pm
then go to planet fitness from 8:45 to 10:30.

Focusing on burning 500 calories or more a day!

My Program:
Atkins trying and I stress the word, staying under 40 carbs. My goal is to stay below 20 carbs. So hard to do but I have no choice if I want to take the weight off. I'm carb sensitive as my doc puts it. It runs in the family. Staying headstrong for the long haul.

Yep we have a few things in common :) Life has it's up's and downs. I have to get motivated again and tomorrow I am going to write that list of all my motivations. It is funny. I have so many yet for some reason I allow myself to stand still.... Time to take action! x
