My Goals:
Ultimately, my goal is to wear size 14-16 jeans (from size 26). I believe I will likely weigh 190 or so once I get to that point. Who knows?!

Specific Goals:

- 30 minute daily walks by 12/1/09

- Dancing, mini-golfing or batting cages once per week by 12/20/09

- Strength training (Spark Program) 3x week by 11/20/09

My Program:
- Drink at least 64 oz of water and iced tea per day

-Track all of my food and stay within caloric range (right now this is 1500-1700 cals)

-Keep my refrigerator/pantry full of fruits, vegetables, cheese, lean and prepared meats, skim milk, protein powder, frozen fruits, etc.

- Do as much activity daily as I can without becoming discouraged

- Eat mindfully. No binging, mindless snacking, scarfing half a bag of popcorn before I realize I don't like the taste, etc.

Hi Shannon! I finally got online a day late as usual, and found you. Glad I did! Now I can send you encouragement, and you can help prop me up when I lose will power. The only three things which really test that willpower are donuts, ice cream, and bacon. lolol If I can just manage to stay away from those, my diet is very healthy. Hang in there! You'll make it! emoticon emoticon
