Emmers Is getting HEALTHY!

Heck yeah!

I'm 24 (as of July 2012), and I am much much much to fat. Yes, fat. Not festively plump or curvy just flat out fat.

I want to change the fatness of my personage and become healthier in the process.

That picture over there... yeah the one to the left? I was less fat when that was taken than I am now. Which is quite depressing, since I weighed about 275-ish when it was taken.

Recently (as in mid-April 2012) I purchased a Wii Fit Plus, ...

Recently (as in mid-April 2012) I purchased a Wii Fit Plus, and my goal has been to use it for 30 minutes every day AT LEAST. Since I started that I have lost 10 pounds approximately. Which is awesome.

Now to work on the healthy eating part... which is decidedly more tricky.... Hmmm......

My Goals:
Over all I need to lose at least 140 pounds but I am going to set smaller goals on the way to the big one.

I want to be healthier over all, and I hope that in changing what I do and eat I'll be able to combat my joint and back pain.

I want to be able to jog, run and play with my dogs and my nieces, all without getting tired or winded in five minutes.

My Program:
30 minutes a day on the Wii Fit Plus, healthier foods, and less calories and MORE WALKING!

I'm 23, and at the beginning of this year (2012) I weighed 297 lbs, and I am about 5'8" tall.

I need to lose half my body weight to be at a healthy weight for my height.

Other Information:
Lost 5 pounds so far this April!

about my chart! I went all out! yellow yarn hair , one baby curler, tiny buttons down the middle and each strip cut out glued on fabric with each stripe a different color! save the stripes for a cool bookmark reminder!!! LOL AT LEAST ALL WHILE I WAS MAKING THIS 'CRAFT' I WASN'T EATING!!!! emoticon
